Letting Your Property

H2h Realestate Ltd have a large database of professional working tenants who are waiting to rent properties like yours. We do not rent to DSS or Housing Benefit tenants and we will only let your property to a tenant who has passed our rigorous reference checks, which include the following:

  1. Bank Reference – We check the tenant’s last 3 month’s bank statements to evaluate their incomings and outgoings.
  2. Employer’s Reference – We check that the tenant is in permanent employment with a reputable employer and we check their payslips to ensure that they receive an adequate wage to afford the rental payments.
  3. Previous Landlord Reference – We check that the tenant is up to date with their rental payments and that they have maintained the property to a good standard.
  4. Credit Check – We check that the tenant has a clean credit history.
