Our tenants are valued customers and we’ll do everything we can to make the renting process as easy and trouble-free as possible.

The lettings process…

From the moment you’ve decided to rent a property with ourselves our dedicated lettings team will ensure your move goes as smooth as it possibly can. Below is a brief outline of the process:

  • View one of our many rental properties
  • Complete our application forms & provide us with your I.D
  • Pay a holding deposit
  • You will receive a link to our online referencing portal
  • We’ll then obtain the references
  • Agree a ‘move in’ date
  • Pay your rent & deposit & sign the tenancy agreement
  • Collect your keys and move in

Rest assured, your deposit will be registered with The Tenancy Deposit Scheme and a certificate of this will be provided to you within the first few days of your tenancy.

After you’ve moved in…

We’ll let you know when you’re moving whether we are managing your property on behalf of the Landlords or whether the Landlord will be managing the property themselves
